I’ve been there.
Every obstacle you’re facing with transforming your physique is one I’ve struggled to overcome in the past too.
My partner Yasmin and I run FitRoots as a family, along with our son, Solomon.
For as long as I can remember, Martial Arts has been a part of my life and my late Dad’s.
I achieved my Black Belt 1st Dan in Kickboxing by the age of 16, and had been competing in many Kickboxing competitions over the years.
But, back when I started around 5 years old, I had no idea that Martial Arts is much deeper than just the physical element. It is inherently a spiritual discipline focused on cultivating the best members of society through the search for physical, mental, and spiritual mastery.
This is the same feeling I got when I picked up Philosophy at Uni.
Both pursuits gave me ultimate control of my mind, and the direction of my life, and I want it to do the same for you.
But I lost my way.
When giving up what I thought was my life purpose (aiming to be the Kickboxing World Champion), I knew I’d be in for a hard time. Up until this time, I had one goal, and one thing to achieve, that was it.
Without this purpose, I felt lost, and lost the identity that I built my whole life around.
Ironically, I knew all about fighting. But I kept fighting with myself inside my own mind. Instead of giving in to the signs and thoughts that were running havoc in my brain, I continued fighting until I couldn’t anymore.
Eventually, this led to depression, anxiety, red raw eczema, and general ill-health settling in.
If you’ve been through ill-health, and other physical and mental problems, I feel your pain.
Now, you don’t have to go through that any longer.
Over the last 25 years, I have studied many Martial Arts, such as Kickboxing, Wing Chun, Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and MMA. As well as many Philosophies, and Health methodologies.
And my aim is to bring the principles of Martial Arts and all of these learnings to your body transformation.
Our proven and unique 1-1 syllabus combines the physical elements of Martial Arts, as well as Philosophy, Psychology, Biomechanics, Nutrition, and even to positively contribute to the community…
