I’m Aidan Lee – Coach, Martial Artist, and Founder of FitRoots. I was trained by my father, the late Master Dave Lee, a 5th Dan Martial Arts Sensei.

As a student of the health, fitness, and Martial Arts worlds since 1996, I also use my own system to stay in shape year-round, at about 10% body fat, in just 30-45 minutes of training a day.
