I combine the best of Kickboxing, Functional Strength Training, and Philosophy, so you can build a bulletproof body able to move in ways you didn’t think possible, and a calm, collected, Zen state of mind.

You’ll also be able to defend your family if push comes to shove. And, you’ll be focused on self-mastery, by adopting teachings from ancient wisdom in the Martial Arts and Philosophy, so you can enter flow states instantly.

I understand the fear of trying again after past failures. Most of my students felt the same way before they started, but here’s the difference: This programme isn’t just about exercise. We focus on building a sustainable one-of-a-kind method, along with the mindset, habits, and accountability that other approaches leave out. And I guarantee your results as long as you stay consistent.

You’ll have a customised, step-by-step approach, tailored to your needs and goals. Accountability is built into every part of the programme. With 24/7 in-app Messenger support and weekly 1-1 Personal Training, or Small Group (4-6 people) Personal Training sessions in Colombo, you’ll have constant guidance and encouragement. You’ll always know exactly what to do and how to do it effectively (I even review your technique form, by breaking down how you can improve it). The first 6 weeks are about transformation – Building the habits, skills, and mindset you need to succeed.
