What They Wanted

Charlie tried lots of sports, and wanted to find something which will grow his enthusiasm for it with time. He also wanted to be able to defend himself at anytime.

Results

Since joining, Charlie’s confidence, self-belief and fitness have grown immensely. He now knows that he can defend himself if he needs to, and has even put on muscle too.

What They Wanted

To give Mu’awwiz a more regular Martial Arts programme with detailed focus on his progression. They were looking for a place with a more holistic approach to Martial Arts.

Results

FitRoots’ Character Development Programme (CDP) has increased Mu’awwiz’s fulfillment outside of class, as well as his confidence, voice projection, and even his eye contact!

What They Wanted

Vic and Shaan wanted to join so they could build a positive bond. Vic wanted to help Shaan build confidence, and to get healthier, and develop a lifelong learning path for himself.

Results

Shaan has learnt how to build her character to increase her confidence, and Vic has picked up his love for Martial Arts again, in a welcoming group, for sustainable results.

Jagz wanted to start Martial Arts so he could learn a new skill, get fitter, and build confidence. He was also focused on growing mentally, to increase his success in all he does.

Results

Jagz is now fitter, stronger (both physically and mentally), and has even run 5 half marathons since joining. He has learnt a lot about nutrition, how the body works, and much more!

Ways to help Sarah develop kindness, by learning how to use her mind more often, rather than just her emotions. Also, to help her think clearly and build her confidence.

Results

Sarah’s focus, confidence, and ability to make better choices has come on leaps and bounds. She has done this by learning how to manage her emotions, and using Critical Thinking.
