Thank you for joining FitRoots. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Refunds
FitRoots stands behind the quality and impact of the FitRoots training experience. If you’re not satisfied within your first 14 days, you may request a full refund. To ensure fairness for both parties, the following conditions apply:
● You must have attended all of your scheduled in-person sessions (rescheduled sessions are still counted)
● You must have completed at least 80% of your assigned tasks, such as online check-ins,training logs, nutrition tracking, or other elements of the programme delivered outside of sessions.
If you do request a refund, FitRoots Limited will ask for feedback to help understand your experience and improve it – But there’s no pressure to continue if you’re not happy.
After the 14-day period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Students are not entitled to “pause” the training Programme for any reason.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your refund request, and agree to your refund. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
